Our Gin celebrates Hong Kong’s rich bounty and diversity. The botanical’s and citrus fruit that go into the making of our gin are carefully sourced from within the region whenever possible. Local suppliers provide our juniper berries and citrus fruits, while Hong Kong farmers grow the fragrant longan locally. By prioritizing local ingredients, we aim to truly capture the unique flavours of this vibrant city through every sip.
